The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne’s offices will be closed on Friday, May 1 in observance of Saiowisakeron (Jake Fire) Day. Essential services, 24-hour care facilities, and the Emergency Operation Center will remain operational. Offices will resume normal business hours on Monday, May 4.
